A sprawling driveway greets you upon arrival, with ample parking space for trucks or RVs. Living Room: Enter the home to a bright, stylishly furnished open-plan living room with large windows. There’s room for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows on the Smart TV from the oversized sectional sofa, which overlooks a cream-colored faux exposed brick wall with a decorative fireplace. Dining Area: A modern, round glass-top dining table that comfortably seats 4, is the perfect place to enjoy your meals in style. Kitchen: Calling all chefs and food enthusiasts! A freshly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen is ready to serve as a backdrop to your delicious creations. A cooktop is ready to get your meals sizzling, and new stainless steel appliances are available for your convenience, including a microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker for that expertly brewed cup of coffee. Bedrooms/ Bathrooms: All 3 bedrooms feature queen size beds, TVs, and large windows. Two of the bedrooms have large closets, and one of them has a small desk. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom serves the main floor. The basement is served by a third bathroom. All bathrooms have been newly remodeled and come with porcelain-marble tiled showers, complete with shampoo and conditioner dispensers, and plenty of linens. Basement Game Room: Let the good times roll in the huge game room basement! There’s something for everyone to enjoy with a pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table. Just make sure you have some quarters on you so you can make full use of the gumball machine! The game room features a small seating area by the pool table, and another one by the air hockey table, so you can cheer on your family and friends. Both seating areas have small tables to keep your drinks close. A separate larger seating area with a loveseat and ottoman is also available, with a dedicated TV.

PET POLICY: Dogs up to 50 lb are permitted with a pet fee of $75 per dog. Cats or other pets are not allowed without prior approval in writing. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. Pictures of allowed dogs are required prior to check-in for verification. Owners are held responsible for any and all damage, stains, etc., caused by your dog(s).
