The living room also includes a soft mid-century style couch with cozy blankets, coffee table, 50” SmartTV, games (inside coffee table), and an electric fireplace to keep you warm on cool evenings. Several design features – such as recessed lighting, custom wallpaper, and a cool tone color palette – are also featured in the main living area, along with privacy shades on the windows and the thermostat control. DINING ROOM: Adjacent to the living room are two dining area options with seating for all of your family and friends: the eat-in dining area – with counter height table surface and plush stool chairs – or at the additional eating space with a dining table and 3-chairs located just off the kitchen. KITCHEN: A gorgeous modern and fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to make your meals with our stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, seasonings, and all the standard appliances and tools you need to feel right at home and cook your favorite meal. BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: Three bedrooms are located on the main floor, each featuring Charlotte Plush Mattresses, cozy linens, LVP flooring, plus windows and overhead lights. The Primary room offers a Queen bed, en suite bathroom, a sliding closet door, and a designer wallpaper feature. The en suite bathroom includes a rain shower to help melt your stress away, with black and white aesthetic throughout, and a marble-look tiled shower. A second bedroom, with Queen bed, is conveniently located next to the hallway bathroom. A third bedroom, with Double bed, is also adjacent to the hallway bathroom. The Hallway bathroom offers a Tub/Shower combo and is situated in between the second and third bedrooms on the main floor. Bathroom includes standard soaps and plenty of bath linens. OUTDOORS: The private yard space is set up to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, wine, or conversation with seating for up to 4 on contemporary wicker furniture, with a coffee table. LOWER LEVEL: On this additional level to the home you’ll have access to: ● A second Primary Bedroom, with a King bed, that also includes a Charlotte Plush Mattress, cozy linens, a sliding closet door, natural window light, a full-standing mirror, and industrial features ● A third full bathroom, with rain shower, natural window light, and standard soaps for your use ● An Office Desk/Workstation, perfect to help you concentrate and get work done! ● A second Living Room space that includes a 50" SmartTV, a cozy couch, and a rug for relaxing and watching movies

PET POLICY: Dogs up to 50-lbs are permitted with a pet fee of $75 per dog; cats or other pets are not allowed without prior approval in writing. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. Pictures of allowed dogs are required prior to check in for verification. Owners are held responsible for any and all damage, stains, etc., caused by your dog(s).
